I’m Leslie — The Hope Dealer and a Spiritual Strategist.

I work with people who love God but are navigating seasons that feel unclear, heavy, or demanding. Seasons where identity is being rebuilt, obedience feels uncomfortable, and clarity doesn’t come all at once.

I believe faith is meant to work in real life. In decisions. In leadership. In transition. In waiting. In responsibility.

That belief is the foundation of The Hope Dealer.

My Approach

Before stepping fully into this work, I spent more than fourteen years leading teams, coaching performance, and helping people move through growth and transition across multiple industries.

That experience shaped how I show up now.

I don’t rush people.
I don’t bypass the process.
And I don’t offer faith that only works on good days.

As a Spiritual Strategist, I come alongside people to help them discern what God is doing, see the bigger picture, and move forward with steadiness and confidence.

It’s trusting God when obedience costs something.
It’s learning how to move forward without shrinking or panicking.

I believe light still shines in the darkness, and the darkness does not get the final word. That truth informs everything I do.
